Thing 1 and Thing 2 got baths today. Not exactly their favorite activity. This is Thing 2 demonstrating her preferred dry-off method. Silly owner, towels are for humans.

Summer garden- Day 1
So, among my multitudes of summer plans, I'm attempting my first ever vegetable and herb garden this year. Yesterday at the farmers market, I got some tomato and zucchini plants and some cilantro, and today, we went to Lowes and picked up pots and organic soil. Initially, I wanted to be ambitious and grow the garden from seeds, but since I managed to kill a cactus, I decided little plants would be a better option for me.
Here's some pics. I'll take more as the garden grows.

Check out Broad Street Bazaar in Lititz, PA
It's open! Visit 55 North Broad Street in Lititz, PA and check out all the handmade goodness. Proprietor Shelly Titter stocked this shop full of unique, artisan-made items including bags, jewelry, art, photography, soap and much more! Of course, you'll find my own, Pineapple Sugar line there as well. Jocelyn Grace items coming soon (that's one of the reasons for the summer grad school break).
All of the Pineapple Sugar jewelry in the shop is unique and can only be bought there (you won't find it on my website), so stop by and support the local artisan community and Lititz's newest shop!
